i-Ball Group Workouts consist of a physical and developmental system that has been structured and tailored by professional basketball player and former Globetrotter's Harlem All-Star, Kyle Keyes.

Group Workouts
Consist of 2 to 8 players and run for 1 hour.
In our group workouts we focus our attention not only on the individual skills of each player but on how each players skill set is used in a competitive game environment. Players will work on individual skills and get the chance to compete with and against other players with similar talents. Coaches will sometimes compete with and against the players as well.
Group Workouts run for 4 Sessions
Pricing:
Coach Keyes- $240/4 workouts, 1hr per session, 4 total hours
Coach Kaneshiro: $120/4 workouts, 1hr per session, 4 total hours
Group workouts can be arranged with Coach Keyes or Coach Kaneshiro.

Individual Workouts
Coach Keyes is a Professional Basketball Player who specializes
in every aspect of the game. Coach will push your limits as a player to improve your physical skills on the court and he will push you mentally to help build confidence for you to tackle all obstacles that you may encounter in all game situations. From consistent drills to basketball theory, Coach Keyes has got you covered. Coach will get an overview of a
players game through the first workout by putting them through a series
of skill specific drills. If you have a question or a specific area
that you want to work on with your game, Coach Keyes will take care
of that as well (but you have to put the court time in). If you are
lost and don't know what you need to work on, Coach Keyes will identify
your weaknesses and get you on the right track!
Coach Kaneshiro is an Original i-Ball Player that trained with
Coach Keyes for 7 years while mastering basketball theory, skills and
information systems. He specializes in Guard Skills. Ball Handling,
Shooting (catch and shoot, shooting off the dribble) Footwork,
Defensive Fundamentals & Triple Threat Strategy are his primary
focus.

Individual Workouts
Coach Ellis is a Professional Basketball Player who has a great basketball IQ and possesses an all around knowledge of the game. One of the truly pure shooters to come out of the greater B.C. area of Canada, Brandon is also a shooting specialist. Renowned for his work ethic and dedication to the game, Brandon develops players in all aspects of the game both from a physical and mental stand point. Brandon has played professionally in both Canada and Germany.
