i-Ball Training consist of a physical and developmental system that has been structured and tailored by professional basketball player and former Globetrotter's Harlem All-Star, Kyle Keyes.

Speed & Agility and Fundamentals

Speed & Agility Training
Run by Coach Jon Kaneshiro, Speed & Agility Training focuses on explosive training needed to maximize muscle stamina and muscle conditioning. Plyometrics will be a focus along with core stabilization (i.e. abs/back which is essential for jumping and explosive basketball moves). Running form and technique will also be a focus in these classes as running form is a major contributing factor to the speed (or lack there of) of every athlete. Fundamentals Training
Run by Coach Kris Jensen, Fundamentals Training classes will focus on the heart of basketball, the fundamentals. Coach Jensen is a methodical teacher of skills and your player will get back to roots and foundation of what makes every good basketball player successful, the fundamentals. "Without the proper fundamentals, even the most athletic basketball player will struggle to score, to defend and will struggle in general to play basketball at a high level" - Kyle Keyes

Group Workouts

Consist of 2 to 8 players and run for 1 hour.

In our group workouts we focus our attention not only on the individual skills of each player but on how each players skill set is used in a competitive game environment. Players will work on individual skills and get the chance to compete with and against other players with similar talents. Coaches will sometimes compete with and against the players as well.

 -Group Workouts run for 4 Sessions

Pricing:

Coach Keyes- $240/4 workouts, 1hr per session, 4 total hours

Coach Kaneshiro: $120/4 workouts, 1hr per session, 4 total hours

Group workouts can be arranged with Coach Keyes or Coach Kaneshiro.

Individual Workouts
Coach Keyes is a Professional Basketball Player who specializes in every aspect of the game. Coach will push your limits as a player to improve your physical skills on the court and he will push you mentally to help build confidence for you to tackle all obstacles that you may encounter in all game situations. From consistent drills to basketball theory, Coach Keyes has got you covered. Coach will get an overview of a players game through the first workout by putting them through a series of skill specific drills. If you have a question or a specific area that you want to work on with your game, Coach Keyes will take care of that as well (but you have to put the court time in). If you are lost and don't know what you need to work on, Coach Keyes will identify your weaknesses and get you on the right track!


Coach Kaneshiro is an Original i-Ball Player that trained with Coach Keyes for 7 years while mastering basketball theory, skills and information systems. He specializes in Guard Skills. Ball Handling, Shooting (catch and shoot, shooting off the dribble) Footwork, Defensive Fundamentals & Triple Threat Strategy are his primary focus.
